Refund policy
90-Day In-Home Trial
We want you to experience the full benefit of your Celvana panel. Every Celvana panel purchased at full price comes with a 90-day in-home trial. If you are not satisfied within 90 days of delivery, you may return your panel for a full refund of the purchase price.
How to start a return
Email support@celvana.co with your order number to request a return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Returns must be initiated within 90 days of the delivery date.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked, insured shipping method, as we cannot process a refund for items lost or damaged in return transit. Panels must be returned in their original packaging, including all included accessories (stand, mounting kit, power cord, protective eyewear, and remote).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned panel, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receipt. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Condition requirements
To qualify for a full refund, returned panels must be in good working condition with all original components. Panels returned with missing accessories, significant physical damage beyond normal trial use, or signs of misuse may be subject to a partial refund or refusal at our discretion.
Open-Box and Final Sale items
Open-box, certified-refurbished, and clearance units are sold as-is and are final sale. These items are not eligible for return or refund under the 90-day trial. All open-box units carry the standard Celvana warranty (see Warranty section below).
Warranty
Celvana panels are covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
If your panel develops a defect within the 3-year warranty period, contact us at support@celvana.co with a description of the issue and photo or video evidence. Once a claim is approved, the defective unit must be returned to us for inspection. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and verify the unit, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
To remain eligible, warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of the defect appearing. The defective unit must be returned to us in all cases. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, normal cosmetic wear, or use outside the operating conditions stated in the product manual.
