Where we ship

Celvana ships within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed and shipped from our US fulfillment center. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of being placed. Delivery times vary by destination, generally 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your panel arrives damaged, contact support@celvana.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement. For shipments lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
